Meet Your Therapist

Terrel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the field. He earned his Master of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and has spent his career supporting youth, adults, couples, and families across community-based programs and clinical treatment settings.

Terrel’s therapeutic approach is grounded, relational, and strength-focused. He works collaboratively with his clients to deepen emotional awareness, recognize patterns, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. He believes that healing occurs when individuals feel safe to be authentic, heard without judgment, and supported with compassion and consistency.

He has extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, family conflict, and life transitions. Clients often describe Terrel as easy to talk to, calming, and genuinely invested in their growth and well-being.

Outside of his work as a therapist, Terrel enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, staying active, and being involved in his community. He values connection, service, and presence — qualities that are woven into his therapeutic style.
